Service Academy Forum Members,

We sincerely apologize for the downtime experienced on the forum on 3 February. While it is possible some of our members were able to access the site at this time, there were outages experienced. Our host, ASmallOrange, has worked with us to resolve this problem and we believe we have found a solution.

If you continue to experience problems or have any questions or concerns, please feel free to post here or e-mail serviceacademyforums@gmail.com.

We thank you for your support and apologize again for the inconvenience this has caused.

Sincerely,

The Site Staff

Oooo look at you, all official...are you the new "owner?" HA HA...a small orange indeed!:shake:

I asked jamzmom to post that, as late last night my ISP had not updated to point to the new location for the site after we switched servers, so I did not have access until this morning.

As an addendum to the previous message, some of our members may find their internet service provider takes up to 72 hours to update to point to the new site location after our server switch. Therefore, it may be up to 72 hours before access is restored for all of our members. In most cases it will be well before that.

Thank you for your time.

Ummmm... thank you for the downtime actually. Before there was downtime, I had to go through a proxy website to access SAF. This started early January, but now it is fixed, I can get on flashchat again

So whatever you did, thank you.

We switched servers because access was for some reason interrupted, thus we have a new IP address now.

I'm glad to hear that it solved your situation. In the future please feel free to let me know of any issues you have.

Thanks.

SAFWS (SAF Withdrawal Syndrome) was beginning to rear its ugly head. Thanks for the fix.
