Recruited Athletes Still Waiting?

Any recruited athletes who are still waiting to here back from the academy? Talked to the coach about a week ago and he was completely awestruck that I hadn't had a decision made.

Also, does anyone know how many appointments are remaining? I know how close it's getting to 4/1 so I am incredibly anxious.

Yes, my DD is still waiting. Nothing on Bears Den and no DoDMERB email. Absolutely nothing.... Coach stated about 2 weeks ago had not heard anything but would let us know. DD did RA and received email in Jan that board was reviewing the packet.

If no Dodmerb email. I suggest having plan B ready to execute. Dodmerb email are given only to viable candidates.

When you guys say the DoDMERB email, what exactly are you referring to? Is it something saying your were excepted?

From my understanding a DoDMERB, basically a notification to take a physical. From the website it says it if offered to only competitive candidates. It is not saying your are accepted, your still have to wait for a final decision.

If you are considered viable. Meaning they like your application and think you are a good fit. The next step is a Department of Defense medical exam. Therefore the DoD. So if you did not get a email from "Concord", this is the company the sets up the DoDmerb. If you did not get this email. I am sorry to say it is time for plan B. This can be confirm with the Admissions officer you are working with.

I took my med exam back in November for USAFA so I guess I don't really fit in that group
