Redistricting

Hello all,

I am applying to USMA C/O 2025 and received an LOA. I live in NC, and since our district lines have been redrawn I'm in a different district than I was last year. However, I applied for a nomination from the MOC from my previous district, as that is what is listed on my USMA portal. I'm slightly concerned that I was never eligible for the nomination I applied to, as the MOC's office said they would have let me know by now if I received a nomination or not, but I've heard nothing. Is it possible I applied to the wrong MOC and am out of luck on this front? Thank you.

I have no knowledge of how redistricting might impact your nomination. I feel like someone from the office would have contacted you upon your application submission if it was redirected. I know my son's congressional rep office was terrific during the process. Have you reached out recently to the MOC you applied with to verify that decisions have in fact been made? Best of luck!
