Anyone can email them.I just tried to email my regional director (Shania Truelove) and apparently, her account is 'disabled'. Does anyone have this issue or are civilians not allowed to email admissions?
I believe that in your portal on CIS you have two contacts, your BGO with their email and your Regional Advisor with theirs - have you tried the regional advisor email? If Capt. MJ's always wise suggestions doesn't work, definitely try this!I just tried to email my regional director (Shania Truelove) and apparently, her account is 'disabled'. I'm not sure if I was given a CIS login because I'm a junior. If I do recall there was a page with all BGOs and in which areas they are located or take care of. Should I try contacting the BGO in my area or should I wait until later in the year for CIS information?I believe that in your portal on CIS you have two contacts, your BGO with their email and your Regional Advisor with theirs - have you tried the regional advisor email? Do not worry about contacting your BGO just yet, I definitely think you should do as Capt. MJ said.I'm not sure if I was given a CIS login because I'm a junior.
