I was given R230 which states: DOES NOT REQUIRE A PHYSICIAN'S APPOINTMENT: Please provide copies (NOT ORIGINALS) of ALL mental health/medical treatment and/or hospitalization records REGARDING $ $$ , to include ALL applicable inpatient and outpatient records including, but not limited to, VA disability/examination records, DD Form 214, operative reports, anesthesia records, pathology reports, follow-up visits, rehabilitation records, recovery room records, x-ray reports, etc.
I was diagnosed with an adjustment disorder while separating from the military. Once I figured out what it was for I was quick to get undiagnosed and had to pay back the VA. Basically, an extremely high caffeine intake, a bad relationship, and complaining to the wrong person about my job diagnosed me. Never treated, never ever took meds. My undiagnosis shows all of this. What are my next steps here?
