Remedial code still up

I recently received 4 remedial codes. Requesting surgery reports pathology reports physical therapy reports doctors reports. Lots of reports. A write up about my GERD and what complications if any that i had. And then me to write about my athletic activities following my hip surgeries. I did all of this. Signed and dated everything.
It was reviewed Jan. 31, and all remedial codes went away except the one about my write up about my athletic activities after my hip surgeries. Not sure if I need to resend it or go into more depth or if I missed a signature or some instructions.

You should email your DoDMERB medical technician. Mine was very helpful throughout the remedial process

Yes email your technician... And also remember that they are backlogged since the site was down due to server issues for a week. They must be reviewing that still. My remedials they told me would take a month to just upload imagine that...my AFROTC Commander just started the waiver process for me since I was DQ.
