Remedial scheduling but office I call has no record of me

I did the Dodmerb and got a remedial because of a small heart murmur. I logged into Concorde with Dodmerb later in order to schedule a remedial appointment. On the page it brings me to there is a phone number and an office address and it tells me to call that number and schedule an appointment but when I call the office they have no info on me from Dodmerb. I have already called 3 times

As an aside, the provider you’re calling is most likely awaiting the paperwork from Concorde and that can take a little bit of time.
