About a week and I half ago I got an envelope in the mail with a letter requesting two remedials, one, an allergies questionnaire, the other, a request for copies of some additional medical records. I though I could complete the questionnaire online, but when I logged in on www.dodmets.com, it said all of my requirements were complete and the status of my application was "Closed". However when I checked the status of my NROTC application it said that my medical requirements were not complete. Is there something wrong with the website and can I do the allergies questionnaire online, or is it supposed to have a "Closed" status online, and I should just send the two things by mail?
Also, there is an address at the top of the questionnaire, so I assume that's where I'm supposed to send it if I decide to do it by mail. The address is:
DoD Medical Examination review Board, 8034 Edgerton Drive, Suite 132 USAF Academy, Colorado 80840-2200
However it doesn't state specifically where I'm supposed to send copies of the medical records for the other part, unrelated to the allergy questionnaire. DO I send it to this same address?
