Report scholarship to FAFSA?

I remember reading that FAFSA wants students to report all scholarships even as they come along. I just decided I will be using the 4yr AROTC scholarship; do I have to report this to FAFSA now?

Remember the scholarship only activates if you pass DoDMERB, show up, pass the PFT, and contract. Right now it is just an offer. Others might have more specific knowledgeable information, but using deductive reasoning, I advise to report when you contract. In my DD’s case, they don’t even add it to the financial package at school until ROTC informs financial aid that you are contracted.
