Resume?

I just read my Candidate online booklet and it states A RESUME IS REQUIRED. Does that mean a typed resume to send to my counselor or is it talking about (USAFA Form 147)?

Unless it has changed in the last two years, the resume is the 10,000 character free-text area at the bottom of the USAFA Form 147. The form has historically included a sample of the format USAFA wanted the candidates to use.

@FMHS-79 is correct. Keep in mind that the resume counts spaces into the character count as well as the pre-written text offered in the portal. This will make sense when you see it, but character count usually isn’t an issue.
