Retake SAT/ACT again?

I have been waitlisted for the class of 2020 right now and was wondering if I should take the SAT/ACT'S again. What would you advise?

ACT:

English: 26
Math: 27
Reading: 33
Science: 29
Combined English/Writing: 26

SAT:
Critical Reading: 580
Math: 610

The fact that you're asking the question means you already know the answer. The main question is: are you doing everything you can to improve your standing? Let that be your guide.

. . . you are at the low end of the CR and Math scores and below the mean. Not sure taking them again now will help since selection is on-going. Check with your USAFA admissions POC to see if they will take updated SAT scores this late.

Yes I would take it again ASAP, Its funny though, you have the exact same ACT scores as me, except I got a 33 in the Math and a 27 in the Reading. That is unfortunate for you though because I suspect they grant more weight to the Math section than they do for Reading.

Your SAT reading score is not bad but since Coast Guard considers math portion more than Reading your SAT score is not as competitive as you want it to be. I hope you will get admitted.
