So as my son is working on his documentation and I see him stuffing papers in the return envelopes provided I get this nagging feeling that we should put the return envelopes provided inside a priority mail flat and send priority with tracking. Any experiences with that?

Tracking would be wise, but SCAN them prior to returning. Same for all the forms you are asked to bring with to INDOC. I have referred back to them multiple times be it to find the eye care insurance provider number, or DS driver license number - its convenient.

I would also photocopy everything you send. Send your plebe candidate to INDOC with a copy of everything. In case of loss of anything by the academy, it will make things a lot easier.

...and whenever they depart the school through either graduation or other reason, make sure to get a copy of transcript, commandant file, medical file, and naval reserve record.

I think that question as well as any others you have would be better asked during the NPA- 2026 Parents weekly zoom calls with the ambassadors.

I have a page in my packet that is titled Emergency Contact Information, on the bottom, it says page 2 of 2. I don't see a corresponding document that has page 1 of 2. I thought perhaps it was a 2nd page of the Fourth Class Questionnaire, but that form doesn't indicate it is page 1 of 2 AND that form specifically asks for emergency contact info on it. Does anybody know where this emergency contact page belongs??? I am attaching the page that I am talking about. TY
