Review Board Dates for ROTC Scholarships

Daughter is furiously working on a variety of academy and ROTC scholarship applications but I was wondering what the dates of the ROTC scholarship review boards were. (specifically USAF and USN) Just trying to see which need to be done first or if all the ROTC boards meet at the same time. Just a question on helping her prioritize her efforts.

NROTC Navy Option normally starts in September and there is generally a board every month. Dates of specific boards, and even if there is a board any given month, are not made public. Regardless of when the application is submitted one might end up waiting until mid-April to get a reply on the application.

I have no idea about AFROTC.
