Rheumatoid Factor

I was going through a physical where they tested my blood for a whole bunch of things. The doctor said that my blood is positive with Rheumatoid Factor.. Supposedly it MAY mean that i'll have rheumatoid arthritis in the future. But he also said that it may show up because i have a sinus infection. If I really do have Rheumatoid Factor is it a disqulifyer? This was a flight physical.
