ROTC ARMY Med/Eye Exam Questions

My DS was told that the med and eye exam is important to get the funding.

1. is there some paperwork we need to fill out? Where is it we haven't received it yet.
2. Do we go to our own doctor or MEPS?
3. My DS wears contacts and glasses will he be disqualified?

There are no issues with glasses or contacts for all the services. Lazy eye or color blindness are possible issues.

There are additional vision requirements for aviation slots in all the services, but that is not an issue for scholarship activation.

Contact the ROO at the school the scholarship was awarded to, and he or the battalion staff will answer your questions.

Start by going to the additional information tab on the application website and checking out the link about the medical exam. Read it carefully and follow the instructions. contact the ROO at the program you plan to attend If you need help. Too easy!
