If I received an ROTC scholarship to one school and have been accepted at that school, can I also use the scholarship at other schools I have been accepted at if I listed them as schools I was interested in on my ROTC application?

What ROTC scholarship do you have? I guessing you have the NROTC scholarship, because for the Army and Air Force you get to select which school you want to acccept it to and the Navy just gives you one.

Actually it is Army ROTC. Does that mean I can choose which school to use it at (as long as they have AROTC)?

The Army gives you several options of colleges to choose from when you first receive the scholarship offer. However, you have to choose to accept the scholarship at only one of them within 30 days. I assume you did that. You could contact Cadet Command and ask if it is still possible to transfer your acceptance to one of the other option schools you did not choose, but I don't believe you can request it at all if it wasn't on that original list.

I believe every college ROTC unit has a quota of how many scholarships can be awarded at their school per year. If the school you prefer has filled their quota already, you would not be able to switch your preference there either.

I would recommend you contact your point of contact at Cadet Command and the PMS of your other preferred school to answer your question.

I would agree with that. VMI has a huge quota- I believe that they had over 80 freshman on ARTOC scholarship this year and the PMS there told me this winter that he expected to be virtually unlimited again this year- but you really need to go back to Cadet Command or the VMI ROTC unit and check with them. There is nothing lost and lots to gain by doing so if you have a question like this.

What about if you were awarded scholarship to your first choice school but don't get in to your first choice school? Can you then ask to transfer the scholarship to 2 or 3rd choice school if it was on your original list?
