My daughter has completed all Army ROTC scholarship items (better late than never). Today is the deadline. Her portal is still showing interview pending but she completed that last week. When she contacted PMS, they stated they would complete it tomorrow. Isn't the deadline today for everything even the interview documents?

Do you think I can still submit a new Physical fitness test by tomorrow? Because I got 3 year but going for a 4 year.

No direct knowledge if you can or can't but my opinion is they wouldn't review your application again after awarding any scholarship. You can try asking an ROO who should be in the know.

You can submit a new PT score before the deadline. The PT score is worth up to 150 whole person score points. If you did better on the test it will help your WPS, and may move you a couple spots on the OML. What it won't do is get you reboarded or change your PMS interview score or board score. If you have a 3AD offer you won't have a chance to get a new better offer from the third round. What could happen is that once all the offers are made, if there are still 4 year offers to be made, some 3ADs will get upgraded after the last round of offers. It can't hurt to submit that score and see what happens.
