I understand the ROTC nominations are pretty competitive. I currently have an ROTC nomination (along with two MOC) and my LTC graded me tops for admission (the highest grade). I was wondering if anyone knows how the evaluation and WCS play into giving out these service connected appointments? Is it strictly based on WCS or does the evaluation have a major role in who receives the 20 appointments?
