ROTC Nomination

Hey everyone!

I'm a college transfer and was wondering when do the ROTC nominations usually come out?

What do you mean by "come out"? Are you asking when they get posted to your portal or when your detachment commander can nominate you? If so, then the answer is any time during the cycle. My detachment commander sent in my nomination packet a few months ago and it got posted to my portal shortly after.
