ROTC portal update.

Once you mail in your acceptance letter for the Army ROTC scholarship will it update on your ROTC portal to say received? If not, how do you check to see if they have received your acceptance? What will be the next step in the process?
 
If I were you I would call/email the ROO at the school you chose. She/he will probably be just as interested in making sure your acceptance gets posted. I know if you were coming to Clarkson I would be on you like white on rice to get your acceptance (or at least know that you chose another program). You can also try bothering the 5 or 6 people that process 10000+ scholarships a year, but don't be surprised if they don't answer your email right away.
And the next step in the process will be receiving instructions for your DODMERB and whatever your new Battalion has planned for you. Some programs have an orientation. Some wait until you arrive on campus at the beginning of the school year to start the process. Once again I would try contacting the ROO.
 
Everything Clarkson said + check the portal in a few days and look on the "Selection Status" page and it should say that your offer has been accepted if you scroll down a little bit.

Yes. I have called and left a message. Email as well. Since the portal now says offer accepted I will give them a few days and then try again. I was mainly concerned as to whether they had received the mailed acceptance letter before the deadline of March 1st. I know this is a busy time for them.
