My son just received an email saying NROTC Scholarship Application is Ineligible for consideration. Does anyone know why this would happen. I cannot get in touch with the recruiter. I know they needed one more recommendation which I took to the office personally and all of that was before the cutoff.
 
No, it said it was processing. Your application is at cnrc for additional processing.
 
Figured it out. The recruiter needed a new statement of understanding. Supposedly a new form. It's taken care of. Hopefully everything is now completed. It's a waiting game now.
