1) If my child receives a scholarship, can it be transferred to a school not on the original list in the application?

2) If my child receives and accepts the scholarship, but for some reason they decide they no longer want to do ROTC say in June, is the acceptance binding?

Don't think any of the above will happen, but want to be well informed.

1. They can apply to transfer to a school not on the original list in the application. No guarantees that it will be granted though.
2. No. They can withdrawn at anytime before 1st day of sophomore year without penalty.
