ROTC-SMP at VMI or The Citadel

I am applying for VMI and the Citadel. I am also applying for all of the ROTC scholarships. I know that the scholarships are hard to get to these schools because of the low amount of them and they give them to the best applicants. I feel like I have a good chance to get into either school, but I can't afford it without the scholarship. I know North Georgia does the ROTC-SMP program with the Georgia National Guard and I was wondering if anyone knew if VMI and The Citadel do the same?

To my knowledge, the Citadel has the SMP program. I would advise you to contact the Army ROTC departments at both The Citadel and VMI though.
