ROTC tuition restrictions?

If you want to enroll in a class that's not required by your major to graduate, does the ROTC scholarship still pay for it? DS wants to study a foreign language, probably Mandarin or Arabic, but his major is Computer Eng.

I think ROTC pays tuition by the semester. My school charged students the same rate every semester no matter how many credits you took, so it didn't matter if a class was required for graduation or not.

They told my daughter she could do any elective she wanted. All degrees have elective classes built in.

Can confirm all the above; a lot of times colleges will even require gen-eds that will be like language, etc. Lots in my unit graduated with a minor that had nothing to do with what they were majoring in!
