Hi, I am a second time applicant for USMA and have just started the process of reapplying for nominations. I have an ROTC scholarship as an incoming freshman to a civilian college. I was curious exactly what the process entailed regarding applying for an ROTC nomination. Once you fill out the request form and send it to USMA, what happens? Does USMA give you another nomination application similar to that of your congressional representatives? Does your PMS need to fill out any paperwork or write statement? I have looked over old threads, and googled it, and had a hard time finding this information. Thanks in advance for your help, I really appreciate it.
