Hello everyone. I am trying staying on track with the Academy running plan. However, I find it difficult to judge the distances and my pace. I am currently using an app that tracks my run through GPS, but the readings are very inconsistent. I was wondering if anyone had found a good way to accurately gauge pace and distance through an app, website, etc. I was also wondering if running on a treadmill which shows pace and distance can be used as well.
