Sandboxx question

For those who are using Sandboxx to send letter to West Point - are you using their PO Box or the Brewerton Rd (physical) address??
The app uses FedEx for delivery and they usually dont allow PO Boxes . Just need clarification please, thanks

I sent a letter last week using the PO Box, only after sending the letter did I see Sandbox sent it using FedEX, I was a little worried about that. But on their app, you can track it, and it shows it was delivered. So I think it works ok to use the PO Box...but I don't know for sure if our cadet actually got it. Anxious to hear what others say about your question
