SAT/ACT test scores

So I have a really nice SAT math score, but lower reading and a really nice ACT reading score but the math score wasn't what I wanted it to be. Both are on my candidate portal. Would USNA review both or pick one of the tests? Also, I took a second ACT and it's been three weeks since I received my scores but they still haven't shown up in my portal. Would USNA enter them if I gave them my login and password? Did this with USMA and it went fine.

They super score between the tests.

My son’s SAT math was pared with his ACT English to come up with his score.
