SAT scores and me

I am currently in my junior year and have just taken the SAT, as well as finished (but not submitted) my precandidate questionnaire.
I got a 1280, so I am into the "competitive" range, but I took the test on very low sleep and while stressing about a checkride; I know I can improve it. My question is: If I submit the form now, will I be able to update the from later? I still have many months until the questionnaire is due, so should I wait?
It is my understanding that the questionnaire is not the final submission of scores, rather more of a weeding out process. Just looking for some clarification.
Thanks,
-T

Answer is yes! You can take the SAT and ACT as many times as you'd like and update them as you go. If you submit the PCQ now with your 1280 you'll be fine, but you can update them as you go.

You should be able to update them in the PCQ as well as Candidate phase! Best of luck!
