Hi All,

Has anyone started seeing SAT scores showing up on USNA portal yet? Mine still dont show even though i sent them over 9 months back. I heard from a regional director that ACT scores have been mapped, but not SAT. That was over 2-3 weeks back.

On the USNA portal, mine have been mapped. I posted this a few times: make sure your email address established with the College Board is the same email address your USNA application reflects. I had 2 different email addresses because I was practicing for the SAT back in 10th grade. I established a personal email address my Junior year and USNA had difficulty/confusion connecting the 2 email addresses since my SAT scores were sent under my family's email address.
Although you'd think USNA would connect the scores some other way....

DS originally had an issue with scores he sent before he ever officially applied not showing in his portal once he applied. DS sent his admissions counselor an email politely asking to look for his scores. He was very specific on dates. ACT/SAT taken on ______date and sent to you by the testing agency on _____date. Sometimes there is an issue with linking scores with candidates but if they are made aware of the situation they can usually find them. One set of scores for DS was found within a day or two. The other set took quite a bit longer to find, maybe a month.

DS has noticed that items that directly link to the portal can update same day i.e. teacher evaluation or CFA scores. Items where someone has to manually enter things into the system seem to take longer i.e. mailed transcripts or SAT/ACT scores. The manually entered items can take 2 months or more (DS still waiting) from what DS has experienced.

You can send an update or follow up email to your admissions counselor if you have a concern about an item you submitted that appears to be missing. It is possible it may be missing or it may just be waiting to be updated in your portal. The admissions counselors can help you find out which it is. Hang in there and good luck.

My SAT scores were sent on July 28 (according to the College Board) - not on the portal yet. The admission counselor says USNA has them. I took another one October 3, and it says (sent) on the College Board portal. I definitely need those two to be super-scored....(much better English and Essay scores 2nd time around, but math was better the first time)... Not sure how to follow up on that....

It took months for my SAT scores to post. I had sent my scores 3 times between December 2019 and March 2020. They were updated in September. You can download your scores from College Board and email them to USNA. They still need to receive the scores from College Board but I emailed them anyway to show them what scores, name, etc they were looking for and get a jump start on verifying what I submitted.

My son’s ACTs are not showing either. It’s been over a month since he had them sent in.

SAT scores that were sent in June just showed up yesterday. Also scores that we just had sent a week ago showed up!! Yay!!!

No scores yet for my DD. She sent batch info and date scores sent info to USNA.

Hopefully they will show up in the next couple days. We were shocked to see her October SAT scores posted. On the portal it lists all her scores. Interesting though we sent ACT scores but they are not posted but her SAT scores are better so maybe that is why? Not sure.

My SAT scores sent last week were downloaded by USNA yesterday. Hopefully, yours will show up soon. On another note, I really do believe that self-reporting should be adopted by USNA.

Anyone seeing Sept ACT scores in their portal yet? Is there any value into emailing them directly to the AC ? I know that they have to come from the college board to be considered official- just not sure how often to follow up with her. She seems annoyed the last time that DS asked.

For those of you which have submitted your application. Can you see status on your portal? DD showed me hers and it is Congratulations you have submitted you application. Thanks!
