I'm currently applying for the NROTC Scholarship and the USCGA. How do I schedule my DODMERB exam?

Also, does anyone know if I have to be accepted to the NROTC affiliated school if I didn't apply to the NROTC host unit school?
Ex: Host school - Carnegie Mellon University (did not apply)
Affiliated school - University of Pittsburgh (accepted)

You do NOT have to apply or be accepted to the Host school to participate in AROTC at the participating affiliate institution. You just have to be accepted and enrolled at the affiliate school.

You will not schedule the DoDMERB exam until you are contacted by DoDMETS.

DoDMERB is the government agency who administers the medical process for all branches (SA and ROTC). They are based at the USAFA in Colorado Springs. DoDMERB contracts with Concorde, a private company who manages DoDMETS (the testing software and process) to handle the medical exam. You will be contacted by Concorde when your application packet is at least halfway completed, as they don't want to spend the money examining those who aren't serious about the application.
