To schedule a remedial medical appointment, does one simply call the original exam location? The remedial letter gives instructions to log back on the dodmets.com website, but I don't see specific instructions for remedial scheduling. Thank you.

I'll answer my own question in case anyone else is in this situation. There is a delay of a few days before you will see the remedial instructions on the dodmets website. The dodmerb account will have the "remedial" indicated on the timeline, and the snail mail will come confirming the need for more medical information, but you may not see the instructions in your dodmets account for a few days.

More interesting though, is that in my daughter's case she was medically QUALIFIED before she even made it to the appointment (for new xrays for scoliosis). As soon as they reviewed the faxes of old medical records and xray readings dodmerb cleared her. This just speaks to how important it is to act quickly on these things.
Timeline:
7/26 medical exam
7/30 submitted to dodmerb
8/1 exam reviewed by dodmerb
8/7 letter sent to us for remedial
8/13 we did our part and faxed everything to dodmerb they asked for
8/14 faxes reviewed by dodmerb
8/15 QUALIFIED

Wow, your lucky it happened so quickly for you and your daughter. Congratulations.
We are still waiting for Waiver to be approved/denied and its been over a month since she went to see their doctor.
I wonder what constitutes as a priority? School starts in one month and tuition is due in 3 weeks. Not really sure how we are going to handle this.

I found it very helpful to email directly with the medical records technician at dodmerb assigned to us.....do you have a point of contact you can email with to ask?

Yes, we do have a point of contact, but it's still pretty much a waiting game.
