I've done as much research as I could, but still haven't found an answer regarding my situation, thank you in advance for any help.
I am a 3 Year Advance Designee Scholarship winner for Army ROTC, I was awarded it to my first, third, and fourth choice schools. However, after receiving a rejection from my first choice, I decided to apply for the scholarship to my third choice. After receiving an acceptance by my second choice (even though I didn't receive the scholarship placement option here), I nonetheless decided I wanted to go there. Is there any way I could transfer my 3YR scholarship to The Citadel (my second choice) if so I understand that I should contact both the present battalion the scholarship is applied and the new Battalion I'm hoping to transfer it to, in addition to the necessary form submission.
