What is the appropriate way to start a scholarship fund? A friend of mine died last September while in Law School. I would like to start a scholarship fund on his behalf that would go to a student in our High School. Does anyone know anywhere I could get some assistance on the necessary aspect of a scholarship fund? I would like to have some substance before I sit down with a school administrator.
