Is there any difference during the second board to what school you can get a scholarship too, AROTC speaking? Is it more likely to get scholarships to your #3,4,5 schools or to #5,6,7? Just wondering. Thanks

It will depend on how many slots they still have available for the schools on your list, and how competitive the schools are in terms of the number of applicants that listed the same schools. Unless you talk to each school on your list, it's impossible to predict.

Each school is given x number of scholarships.
If you win a scholarship they start at your number 1 school checking for slot availability and go down towards the 7th choice giving you 3 options.

So let's say you have choices 1-7.
Your 3rd choice school has no scholarship slots left. So they look at number 1... you're good. 2.... you're good. 3... woops not an option (no slots open). So they skip to 4.... you're good. Therefore offered a scholarship to your 1st 2nd and 4th choice schools.
