For school transcripts 6 semesters and 7th in the application, who should be contacted by USMMA, the school counselor in general, or college counselor?

In my school, I have a school counselor who is in charge of my classes arrangements, scores, and other academic related. A college counselor was also assigned to me for college application preparing. I feel applying for USMMA is a college related, I should enter my college counselor in the application process. Can someone share any thoughts? Thanks

Both counselors have access to my transcripts. I entered my college counselor into the portal. However, she doesn't want to send out 6 semesters transcripts until October. Then I will miss a lot of time on medical appointment, my nomination process (as it also requires transcripts), and others if I want to apply multiple service academies.

I'm thinking to change her to my regular school counselor in the portal. Will it be a problem in my college process later as she is in charge of my college application process?

Have a meeting with your college counselor and explain the service academy application process and how it differs from a civilian college application process. Bring chocolate or flowers. We have found that makes all the difference.

Thank you for the idea. Actually she did for one student back many years ago. I guess it's a lot of work for her with school profile, academy activity, in addition to transcripts. Or maybe she is waiting for the flowers.

My school is a big school, only giving one one-to-one meeting with Counselor in March this year. So far I can only email to her, and depends on when she replies. I hope I can talk to her in person in September when I return to school for my other service academy's applications. Sometimes I feel the challenge of applying for SA is not only SA requirements, but also cooperate with many parties involved.

My DS had both a high school and college counselor. All of his transcript information was handled by his high school counselor. For his recommendation letters for math and English professors for those.

Thank you, good to know. I should have asked this question earlier before I added my college counselor's contact in the portal.
I'm waiting for a few more days to see.
