If I was already accepted, as a college student do I have to continue my second semester? Will they ask for those grades?

ABSOLUTELY they will require you to submit grades for the end of the school year! And they WILL yank an appointment if they deem a significant drop off. It's probably highly subjective, and case by case for what exactly would cause that, but it's fairly well known that it causes disqualifications.If I was already accepted, as a college student do I have to continue my second semester? I suggest you call and ask your AO. Could you withdraw and get a refund, and then maybe seek employment rather than pay for credits that you probably can't transfer?
