Selected for AFA Summer Freefall as ROTC Cadet

I am trying to find someone who did this as a college ROTC Cadet. I have some questions about getting the medical clearance to attend. As an ROTC guy, do I have access to the Flight Surgeons on a nearby Air Force Base? I don't see a path for a civilian Aviation Medical Examiner to complete the DD Form 2992 and the SF 600.
