about to send SAT scores. I’ve taken it 3 times with major improvement each test: 1180->1260->1320. Should I just send my best or all to show commitment?

I'd just send your best. Everyone* takes them multiple times and ultimately they're only going to use your best set of scores to calculate your WCS. Better off using the $28 to go towards taking the test again or whatever else. But it's ultimately up to you. I took the ACT three times and got a better score each time; I only sent the scoresets that would improve my overall superscore.

All of the Service Academies super score if I am not mistaken. I know for a fact that USMA does. So send in your SAT results that have the highest scores in each section.

Definitely send any test that contains your highest score for a particular section.

If in doubt, send all. USMA will superscore by picking the highest score on each section from all tests. The lower scores won't hurt you.

Yes - the composite score is only half the story. Take a look at Math and Reading/writing sections for all 3 tests. If all sections improved every time then the latest is fine but if even one section from the 1st or 2nd is better then send all. And don't forget about the essay - required for USMA.
