Send in Fall grades?

Here's a quick question- my son's high school has said official transcripts with Fall grades are now available. Should he send one in to AFA or will they request one? Thanks!
 
Since they are available now, he should have his guidance counselor send an official transcript at their earliest convenience. Kids at my son's HS have to wait until the end of this month, as their transcripts won't be available until then.
 
Is it a requirement to send in first semester grades from senior year? I don't recall reading anything about it. Would the AF reconfigure the WCS if those grades would improve the score?
