I’m wondering if we can send official and sealed college transcripts together but in their respective envelopes in a priority envelope, or must they come directly from the universities using either snail mail or electronically? Thanks!

Per the 2023 Appointee Booklet:

https://www.usafa.edu/app/uploads/2023_Appointee_Booklet.pdf

"If you are enrolled in college courses, you must make arrangements with the college to forward a final transcript to
HQ USAFA/RRS
2304 Cadet Drive, Suite 2300
USAF Academy, CO 80840-5025
The transcript must reflect your final grades for the courses in which you are presently enrolled and status at the time of your departure.
Transcripts must arrive at the Academy by 11 June 2019 so final determination can be made regarding your admission eligibility.
Also, if you attended college while in high school, you must make sure a final college transcript arrives at the Academy by 11 June 2019,
or as soon as possible upon completion of the semester.
Be sure to pay for any transcript fee charged by the college since nonpayment may delay the forwarding of your record. If you have attended
more than one college, make certain that one final transcript from each college is sent to the Academy."

So, I would suggest snail mail directly from the university.

Thanks! If DS already has sealed, official transcripts in hand, can he send or does it have to be from university?

For candidates, you can probably send the ones in hand.
If possible, reach out to your admissions counselor at USAFA. They can clarify.
