I am a hopeful USCGA cadet who was recently deferred from the Early Action pool.

My admissions officer and the decision letter said that the only new thing I could send them was my midyear transcript from senior year, while I've heard other deferred applicants send in additional materials, such as letters of continued interest or updates to their extracurricular activities and accomplishments.

Is there a clear limit on what we can send to the Admissions Team for the re-evaluation process?

I would only send what they ask for/allow. Maybe that's the only thing they think could sway their decision about you.

You can absolutely add anything that will improve your overall application, including new PFE scores, grades, recommendations, etc… My DS was early action and deferred to RA, I know he added stuff and his AO also had him write a letter updating his application and gave him a specifics of what to write about. I know that once your application is pulled for review then materials can not be added as package has already been given out for consideration.
