S is ready to send a scholarship school selection form.

In addition to the regular mail, he would like to send a scanned electronic copy for a security measure: we know that CC accepts all sorts of things electronically, even the SAT scores (scanned copy).

So, to send the selection form electronically, which email address should he use? The same email address of a person (admin) at CC that he communicated with throughout the application process?

My son's AROTC college scholarship choice suggested he scan the acceptance and email it to them in addition to mailing it to CC. Just an idea...

We used the email address on the "notification of intent to use ROTC scholarship" form (train2lead@usacc.army.mil) and a few days later we received email confirmation that it was received (by the person at CC whom son had previously sent SAT scores, updates, etc)

Hope this helps. and Congratulations!:thumb:

I recommend train2lead, and you could cc your POC (the one from your initial letter). I know some of those ladies are on TDY, or leave, or whatever...but train2lead goes to the same place. One other note, ROOs can see as soon as the accept or decline is posted, so checking with your school, as aglages suggested can't hurt to confirm your stuff was received.
