I first requested my transcript to be sent from my high school to USNA in October, but there was miscommunication so the admissions director sent it just last week. How long would it take for it to show up as "Received" on the Candidate Info Page? I was planning to call USNA Admissions at the 2 week mark.

Also, are there information that's required besides grades, classes, GPA, and rank in the transcripts?

Admissions gets swamped with the influx of last-minute submissions in January. Transcripts take a little longer to process even at the beginning of the cycle.

Admissions may also ask the Guidance Counselor to include additional information when they log into the system. But that's above a BGO's pay grade ;)

Thanks for the reply. So as long as it’s in their mailbox by the end of January, they still will consider my application?

There's nothing wrong with calling Admissions and politely asking if they have received the transcript even though it's in a stack waiting to be processed. Just be polite and patient. This kind of a follow-up is never wrong. In fact, this is a valuable life lesson for a future junior officer. Expect to win!
