Senior class list missing from transcript

This has become very interesting. I had a senatorial interview yesterday, and while in front of the committee, was informed that they did not have a list of my senior classes. I verbally informed them of the classes I was taking, but walked away perplexed. Upon speaking with my guidance counselor today, I was informed that my senior grade classes were not on the transcripts mailed to the MOC's! When I asked why, I was told that although I had enrolled in the classes last spring, they were not official until September. My transcript was mailed over the summer. I was never made aware of this "glitch" in the system. I have 2 more MOC's to go, and I am certain they have copies of an incomplete transcript. What should I do? I am planning on bringing a list to the interview, but should I email and inform as well. It is past the deadline. I followed up with the MOC's over the summer, and they all told me my packages were complete. I have looked into every detail and followed up painstakingly with everything, but never thought of this one. help!

I would get official copies of your current transcript and send them to each MOC, including the one you just interviewed at, with a cover letter stating that the previous transcript sent did not include your current classes. Our MOC allows updates after the deadline, and I suspect yours would too for something of this nature.

+1 to mintyicedtea. I would also bring several copies of a list of the classes to the interviews.... just in case. I don't think this is a big deal so I wouldn't worry to much about it. This is on the school.

If the MOC office told you the package was complete I would give them the benefit of the doubt. :) If you didn't have a complete package I'm guessing you wouldn't have been offered an interview. The members of the panel may be used to seeing the information on other applicant packages so they were looking for it in your information. If it wasn't specifically requested as a line item on the nomination requirements that I would make copies and be prepared to follow up with the other interview panels. Other than that I would try not to worry. There are enough items to worry about that are within your control. Focus on providing a knockout interview which is well within your control.

Thanks to all for the advice. I emailed each MOC last night and politely let them know that my senior year courses were not listed on the transcript and I also included a list of senior courses. They may ask for an updated transcript, which I will gladly provide, or may just accept the email. I will also be bringing a printout to future interviews. The members of the committee were puzzled as to why my SAT scores were so strong, but yet had no math listed for 12th grade. Sometimes I feel there is not enough transparency in the process. Everyone tells you that the information has been sent, or the information has been received, but one never really knows what was sent or received until something like this happens. I should have asked to see my transcript before it went off!
