Senior Year Officer Jobs

Hello, I was just curious if I should send my Navy/AF Acad councilors some newly elected club officer positions; they are as listed below.

NHS: Secretary
Outdoors Club: President
Student Council: Treasurer
Senior Class Council: Treasurer

I don't want have to bother the hardworking admission people if I don't have to. Thank you.

It doesn't hurt. You're not bothering anyone. Each SA may have different rules and time limits to update some info. send it anyway.

Absolutely. USNA will require that your high school counselor send validation, but you should send and email to your admissions rep at USNA to start that process.

IDK about other SA’s, my recollection of USAFA is they only accept through junior year, but I’m not certain. Check your USAFA candidate book, or follow guidance from USAFA posters here who know.

Also make sure your nominating sources know. Shoot your contact a professional email (I’m team “it doesn’t hurt to ask”….one of my sons accomplishments was accepted via a nom source, despite the passing of the deadline).They may or may not accept. And add the info in your interviews, if those are still outstanding.
