Separated Cadet to Marion for second chance

If a 4/c cadet is separated for academics after the first semester, I have heard that some are given a second chance at Marion. Has anyone heard about this?

Yes, DS is at Marion with someone in this situation. However they’ve been there from the beginning of the school year.

My son's class had two cadets who were sent there after the first semester. They had to redo Swab Summer the following year and join that class.
