Well today as been a long day. I have never posted about this event before. Today I stood with my brothers and sisters who responded to this call. It was in fact the first recognizable battle of the war. It is the reason many of you have sat in the seat, slung the rifle, and were on the game. All I can tell you is that my memories reflect so many funerals, taps, and the sadness that we never recovered many. Well you all who read this forum, remember the road you are considering is noble, honorable, and is not without cost. Freedom has it's cost and you should learn it well. All I can say is that I could never have served with better men or women, and that each day I am grateful to live in such a Country graced by such true Americans. Good Day To You.
