Serious threat?

Came across this today. Anyone think its a serious threat?

The commander of the Pakistani Taliban claimed responsibility Tuesday for a deadly assault on a Pakistani police academy and said the group was planning a terrorist attack on the U.S. capital.

"Soon we will launch an attack in Washington that will amaze everyone in the world," Mehsud told The Associated Press by phone. He provided no details.

Granting a Wish

"At this time, I will not give any detail," Mehsud said.

The Pakistani Taliban leader also said he was not deterred by the U.S. bounty on his head.

"I wish to die and embrace martyrdom," he said.

There is a part of me that sincerely wants to grant that wish...

uhh....NOT that I wish ill of ANYONE!

Hmm, I think its a possibility but Im not sure they would say that they were gonna attack D.C. if they realy were, but you never know.
