Service Selection?

Pretty soon after the beginning of 1/c year service selection choices are entered.

We have a firstie and a plebe. Our firstie is very focused, minimizes distractions (no Facebook, no texting) and usually only turns their phone on when they need to make a call.
Our plebe . . . different story, so all our attention has been on the plebe, particularly since they got their phones back. We have received phone calls, texts and camera phone videos. Thank goodness our plebe's company doesn't allow plebes Facebook access.
We suddenly realized that service selection requests must be due soon and when we tried calling our firstie, predictably, their phone was off. Thanks again for the information.
